Back when I was playing WoW, a whole army of us descended on our guildmaster's house in Bristol, England (we're all english).

Spent all weekend there, most of us. Truly epic times.

Yes, I met my current girlfriend online and we met last summer, meeting again after xmas this year. Can't wait! ^.^

The one time I did, we ended up going to a concert and I didn't get any...until a couple years later and it turned into a one-night stand which freaking sucked.

I plan on spending New Years with another online friend and it promises to go much, much, MUCH better

About 3 years I was going to Turkey, and so was someone else in my guild ... needless to say she was at a hotel about 15 minutes away and we met a club on my 2nd week out there

Yep several times, some of my best friends are people I met on WoW and it was great.
The furthest afield was a dutch friend, I'm in the UK. He visited twice and even came over for my daughter's 3rd birthday. He's lovely x
