Look at what she appears to have created from a soft-shell turtle study. This is nuts:

Absolutely a fantastic artist. Can't wait to see her portfolio grow.
Reminds me of the Lagiacrus from Monster Hunter.

The color choice and such on these designs is generally very MH-like.

Some artist already did this, and it was the same thing. They seem to think that "realistic" means ugly and grotesque.

Like cute animals don't exist.

I wish Digimon was still a thing.
3 words: Digimon Adventures Tri. You're welcome.
What's it being shown on? I'm going to guess one of the Disney channels.
Probably Nicktoons here in the US, Disney in some countries (Go with whatever channel that has Digimon Fusion/Fusion Battles/ Xros Wars is on in your country), and I don't know much else besides it's coming out in Japan sometime next month!

I like realistic Pokemon/Digimon, but some to erk me a bit.

A good "realistic" version of a character keeps its key markings/attributes that you associate with the animal, but keep it grounded.

I'm not keen on the eye size & shape on some of the illustrations. They're not really realistic. Feels like they drew the Digimon/Pokemon and made them furry. Bit disappointing. I think everything needs to be considered. Like Doduo. If a character has a weird thing (like Pikachu's tail), find a way to justify it. If not, compromise. I don't like how jagged the tail is because it's not plausible.
