Reinstalling Fallout 3 - any advice on addons?

Thought I'd head back in before I go for New Vegas, try for that Evil Stealth character.

Any advice on things to make it even more fun as I've completed the main game and all the GOTY DLC.

I don't have any spoilers, but I imagine endings etc will get discussed. Still, use spoiler boxes if you can!

...Well the only mods I use for FO3 is a bunch of HD texture packs for everywhere.

EDIT: okay, just looked at my mod list and the ones i recommend:

Project Beauty
VATS longer range
VATS MCE
Killable Kids
UPP Packs
and ACE

They make the game much more enjoyable to me.
