I have Duck Feet (my standard stance is an angle), and I want straight feet. Can anyone give me methods to straighten my feet as efficiently as possible?

You probably shouldn't be getting medical advice from random strangers on the internet. Ask a doctor about this.

I don't think this is the first weird, potentially dangerous health related thing you've asked this forum, if my memory serves. Dude, you need to find a better place for this.

But while you're here, there is no quick fix, if there even is one. It's your bones and joints, man. Come on.

Point, but I wasn't expecting a quick fix, I was asking for an efficient one.

Well, I figured someone would know about an efficient workout to ease my legs into straightening up.

Oh, well if you want time efficient, resetting them could work.

Of course, first you have to...

Hmm...tempting, but know the next best thing that doesn't involve excruciating pain and a pair of casts?

Your legs shouldn't need any special exercises to "straighten up". The fact that they're not doing that on their own points to a medical issue that requires a medical solution.

Efficiently? Go see a GP, a licensed physical therapist, or an orthopedic doctor. Personally, I'd recommend doing options 1 and 2 at the same time followed by option 3 depending on recommendations from the other ones. Consulting medical professionals is the most efficient, safest, and easiest way of correcting any problems that you might have.

edit: Anyone who tells you to do anything other than see a physician or healthcare professional both is not looking out for your best interest and is full of shit.

Yeah go see a GP I have/Had it too though we call it pigeon feet here, I got it looked at when i was about 10-12 and the only solution was an expensive sleeping Orthotic that we could not afford but the specialist we saw said we could make one, so for the next 9 months I had to wear a board of wood with shoes nailed/hot glued to it at an outward angle to bed.

It was a pain in the ass and to this day I cant sleep on my back anymore but it greatly improved my feet.
I would not suggest doing this though without consulting a doctor as I was young and still growing so my body could adjust if you are an adult I would imagine it would do more harm than good

I don't think positional therapy works too well with the adult spine/hip. I'm not a doctor, and this isn't medical advice, but I believe the solution to this problem is basically oodles of physical therapy, or oodles of muscle relaxers. Or both.

Just go with it. Does it really matter how you stand?
Several stance/walking irregularities can cause chronic back pain. If so, it's not something one should ignore. Also a good reason to go to the doctor if possible.

But I guess I'm assuming something there. Maybe it is aesthetic.

Whats the root of the problem? Whats actually putting you at the angle? You got collapsing arches? A problem with joints in ankles or knees? Issues with your hips or back?

Duck Feet's been compared to driving with a flat tire. Straight feet gives proper posture apparently.

From what I read, it might be because of an alignment issue in the hip area.

Assuming you have no balance problems when your feet are straight then you only need to make a conscious effort to straighten your feet until it becomes routine.

Yes, boring. But something tells me you wouldnt shatter your thighbones and reset them at an adjusted angle just to fix your feet.

And stop asking for medical advice on the internet.

Hoping someone has a good solution!
Lol, agreed, but it looks like you have something more akin to Chicken Feet in my opinion (completely different).

Like essentially everyone has said, you should probably ask someone who is actually trained in this...

If for some reason you insist that you can't/won't do that, this article might help and it's all common exercises so you (probably) won't die doing it.
