Well duh. They actually announced a while ago that the rest of the games wouldn't be exclusive to the XOne.

Well as long as are given the time and resources to put in the most glaring omission to the game: An offline single-player campaign and they actually do so then as long as it's on PC then I will be buying it. IMHO that's all the game really needs to be an actual 10/10 game rather than the standard fare paid for 10/10 average game

The game has been out what, a week, and they are signing deals for sequels. I guess a yearly "60 dollar graphical upgrade" is just too EA style.

kinda wondering if it was EA using the Xbox1 as proving grounds as too too how strong of a influence it would have or possible staying power (yet to be determined) to game could have. ie you could have all this money now before the game possibly flops, or could be rich letting it not be exclusive, and on the other hand, would this game be as good as to persuade people to buy an Xbox1 just to play it.

which is kinda flawed considering Titanfall's biggest target is primarily swinging to microsoft already. but honestly its strange for EA to not jump at the chance for more money.

EA will reportedly publish Titanfall's sequel, which won't be exclusive to Microsoft platforms.
...

*sigh*
They didn't change the one thing that could convince me to buy Titanfall....

This announcement had me scratching my head. Game just came out and already talk of a sequel.Okay, nothing too new there. But the fact it's hinting at being a non-exclusive, is the puzzling part. Barely past a week and already planning the next installment. What of those map packs they promised, the ones people paid the season pass for? Like how movies quickly report their opening sales and claim themselves a success; you don't find out how many truly liked the film. Will game sale persist in the coming weeks? Will the servers remain active with players? That aside it looks like some people are happy to hear it might grace other systems.

Lets watch Titanfall suddenly become "good" instead of "CoD with mechs" now the PS4 fanboys might get a sniff.

I've been telling people this since the thing was announced as Xbone/PC exclusive. Of course it was a one time deal only. Just like Mass Effect. EA isn't very big on console exclusives. I thought that everybody knew that.

Does this mean Ouya master race is getting Titanfall? Typical. They realized their error, us Ouya owners are the true gamers.

The only reason Titanfall was ever exclusive in the first place was due to EA assuming Microsoft would get a lead again on sales.
Microsoft fronted up a 'significant' chunk of the development costs, they got the exclusive by getting their wallet out, rather than by any projected next gen sales.

I keep hearin all about how well Titanfall is selling, how many Xbox Ones sold in the UK due to Titanfall and blah blah blah. You know what I'm not hearin anywhere? Actual hard statistics about first week sales. Its been over a week now and we haven't heard one single word about how well it did outside of stuff like "It sold exceptionally well." Whenever the newest COD comes out everyone spouts gigantic first days sales because they're, well gigantic. Blizzard was super happy to tout the 6.5 million copies of Diablo 3 sold. Hell, Tomb Raider did "only" 4.5 million in the first week and we saw those numbers when Square was "disappointed" in them.

I'm startin to go all conspiracy theorist here I know, but somethin seems fishy about this.

so titanfall have been out for around 1 month and they are aready talking about sequel well at least its confirmed i still wont be buying anything that ea is part of.(if the game would be single player campaign only i wouldnt mind but when its multiplayer only title titanfall 2 will obviously affect patching with titanfall itself and drop quality of content)

*sigh* I do love this game despite all its shortcomings (see angry joes review for those) but really "Better talk about a sequel now guys"

Now I am not surprised it is not staying micro$oft exclusive, but I'm more concerned we will get a shitty Cod Situation, lets hope respawn can stick to their guns... Because if a sequel comes out next year, I sure as hell am not buying it on launch until I see both TB's WTF is Titanfall 2 and Angry Joes review of it, even though it will probably just be titanfall DLC disguised as a new game if its being released 1 year afterward

It is worse, the game is out in Europe since last friday and in the US since last tuesday, I think

OT: It will be fun seeing another series created by those guys being run into the ground with sequels year after year
