Resident Evil Revelations is Coming to Xbox One, PS4 Later This Year
The 2012 game will be available on PS4 and Xbox One this fall.
Capcom announced today that Resident Evil: Revelations will be releasing on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One later this year, with both physical and digital copies available.

The ports of the 2012 3DS game will be available sometime this fall in North America and Europe. Capcom previously released high-definition ports of the game for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Windows PC, and Wii U. The re-release [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/news/view/121641-Resident-Evil-Revelations-Grows-Up-Heads-to-Consoles-PC#&gid=gallery_1010&pid=1] was accompanied by upgraded graphics and lighting and an additional difficulty option.
There is currently no indication of whether or not Capcom will be adding anything to the new ports.
