Retro game music sampled in Rammstein song?

I'm listening to the Rammstein album Sehnsucht and there's a track on it called Eifersucht. (Here's a youtube link).

Now this may just be me, but I'm positive that the electronic bit at the start is a sample from a game, but I'm not sure. I want to say Maniac Mansion for the NES but that may not be true, does anyone know where it's from because it's gonna drive me nuts!

Ok, mebbe I shouldn't have said "sample" because it's obviously being played by the band, but those opening notes are from a game, I know it!
