Side question: what's the -ist term for hating on someone of a different sexual orientation?
I was curious to know the answer, so I tried to look it up. According to Wikipedia, it's called heterosexism. Your Mileage May Vary.

OT: It's all got to do with conditioning. If you hear about racism between a black man an a white man, you're more likely to assume the latter is the racist pig until you hear the term "reverse". Unless you always wait for the facts rather than make an assumption, in which case you're smarter than the average bear.

All of these prejudices can be done by anyone, to anyone (within reason obviously). White Christian people can be discriminated against, just as Chinese, Indian, Pakistani, Arab, Muslim, black or whatever kind of people can also be discriminated against. Women can be sexist against men (in fact, Feminazis are usually sexist against men and claim that they are fighting against sexism towards women - I refer only to Feminazis here, feminism in general is perfectly fine). And the big one, rape.

Rape can be done by women against men. In law (in the UK at least) it appears that women cannot be prosecuted for rape, because apparently women cannot rape men. The reasoning is that a man has to be sexually stimulated to have sex, so any woman having sex with a guy would only be able to do so if the guy wanted to. Which is silly. Anyone in the legal profession ever heard of Viagra? It's easy to drug a guy with Viagra, so he's aroused unwillingly, then rape him like that. Obviously girls can rape girls and guys can rape guys, but girls can't rape guys according to UK law.

Just a little off-topic there, but it's something that has always really got on my nerves.
Time to break out the law knowledge, I knew that university training would pay off. In the UK rape can only be committed by men, and it must be with the penis and there must be penetration, whether it be anal, vaginal or oral. Both genders can be the victim. And yes, I agree that the law is rediculous when it comes to female rape, if you tie a man to a bed and force him to consume soporific drugs, e.g. viagra, the she is fully capable of committing rape.
Wait wait wait....

So if I where to in theory rape a gal with my fist im not in danger?

Oh well, I guess so, like I said in the edit, I lost an argument to this exact thing just moments after posting. I still feel if you enjoyed it, theres really no reason to bring it to the court.
Didn't see your edit until after I posted. My apologies.

True, there's no reason to bring it to court. But it's still rape.

Well, I agree with until you said rape can be forced upon by a girl, look, I don't want to have sex ed with you, but a girl would really have plan a lot of stuff out, or just not enjoy it, for her to be able to do so without you enjoying it, and if you enjoyed it, well I really can't see it as rape, sorry.
Boys are just as capable of not enjoying sex as girls are. Not all boys want to have sex with everything female and possessing a pulse. That particular mindset that is oh so popular in our society isn't an absolute truth, it's a cultural delusion. Also, whether or not something is rape isn't determined by enjoyment, it's determined by consent.

because life isnt fair

people seem to go insane whenever women and african americans are involved in anything negitive since those two groups seem to get a free pass due to the cruelty to their groups in history to wich i add
SLAVERY IS GONE EVERYONE INVOLVED IS LONG DEAD ITS TIME TO MOVE ON
which in no way says that im critisizing african americans it just says that i critisize specific people who cry racism when a game makes its main enemy type african IN AFRICA yet no one says a word when white people a generelized as nerds and serious on some comedy central show i dont remember its name to which i was very offended

as for women
guys are much more likely to rape a woman that the other way around since a man has to be arroused first so it wouldnt make sense
and i see sexism toward men all the time

Indeed, it is known for raped women to even orgasm during the attack. Enjoyment has no bearing, only consent does.

That it just how the law defines it. Sex is the process of a man penetrating the mouth, anus or vagina with his penis, anything else is not sex, therefore not rape.

How so? If I punch you, that is assault and battery, if I grab your crotch that is sexual assault. There has to be a clear line between sexual assault and rape, otherwise people would be dragged into court on rape charges just for touching someone in an inappropriate way.

Fisting someone is the ass isn't "touching someone in an inappropriate way", it's fucking rape.

No, it isn't, it's grevious sexual assault. Don't make light of the situation just because it isn't classified as rape. It still carries a hefty punishment, i.e. being put on the sex offenders register. If 'fisting' someone was rape, then women could also be charged. As it stands at the moment, it is not rape. I think you're missing the point, rape is sexual intercourse with someone without consent. 'Fisting' is not sexual intercourse, therefore, not rape. Go read a law book.

Hey, I meant rape by my definition, I have never claimed to know anything about this, you are the expert not I, so no need to get angry.

I just think it is strange to make diffrence, that's all.

No, I understand, I'm not being angry. You have to think about it from a different point of view. A convicted rapist's life is pretty much ruined, it's nearly impossible for them to get jobs etc. That's why rape convictions are so low, jurys are very reluctant to convict, because the majority of the time it's just one person's word against another's. Sexual assault is a middle ground, the punishment may not be as severe, but it's a damn sight easier to convict than rape.
