Rome 2 worth buying yet?

So as most of you probably know, Rome 2 was reported to be an utterly broken mess.

But I've skimmed a lot of patch notes and see that they got rid a lot of the frustrations I would have with the game (Dumb AI, Super fast battles, etc).

So I'm wondering if anyone knows if Rome 2 is worth the buy yet? Any information would be appreciated.

Also general Total War thread I suppose, been playing the original rome lately. Freaking Scipii family is hard to play.

dont touch it mate, I would not support a purchase until a dlc pack comes out. You wait and see for a expansion bundle on steam sale special (it will happen). Sega really pulled the wool over the total war community this time.
