My thoughts exactly. I hope this is true for that reason alone.cleverlymadeup said:so maybe they'll actually develop for more than just m$ systems and give up excuses of "not having the man power" or something equally as bad
Zenimax doesn't really do much except support the devs, I think it is a great move because all it does it give Valve another leg to stand on, and Zenimax doesn't fuck with their developers products unlike companies like Activision or force them out early like what Sony did to the first Uncharted.notoriouslynx said:I think this is a great move. Valve and Bethesda are the greatest company ever. Together they could rule the world.
Valve already does...LilGherkin said:No! They'll both just backhand us PS3 owners give us nothing but table scraps.
ahhh yes cause we all know both Sony and Nintendo charge for their online, have considered offering time limited operating systems and software, limiting access to their os depending on how much you pay, been convicted of illegal monopolies, keep raising the costs of their stuff, removing the ability to use third party devices on their system and various other things.Mr.Tea said:You abbreviate Microsoft's name with a dollar sign like they're the only company around that's all about the money...cleverlymadeup said:so maybe they'll actually develop for more than just m$ systems and give up excuses of "not having the man power" or something equally as bad
Hilarious.
Especially when you seem to imply that Sony and Nintendo, of all companies, are better...
Fucking hell that would be SO awesome if all 3 merged. It'd take YEARS for shit to release but everything they made would literally be solid gold.Headless Zombie said:Just imagine if somehow Blizzard got involved. A new word would have to be made because a release date of 'in an eternity' wouldn't cut it.Johnn Johnston said:If Bethesda's TES:V schedule and VALV[sup]E[/sup]'s HL2:Ep3 schedule are in any way allowed to mingle...
My calculations show that no new games will come out of either of those companies for eight and a half eons.
I don't see how this could be a bad thing. At least that way, people would stop getting burnt by the bastardized console ports which are an affront to the game they were meant to be, and to the players stuck playing them.Pendragon9 said:I also am worried they could force Valve to make all their games PC only and only buyable by Steam.
What in the great goo ga joo are you blathering about?AkJay said:Great, now Valve can cater to the fucking idiots who buy every Release of Madden. Soon we will be looking at Half-Life 18: Episode 37 and it will suck balls.
Sir, the two greatest gaming organizations are valve and i can't believe i'm gonna say this. *timidly holds up flameshield* bungie.ElTigreSantiago said:The two greatest gaming organizations ever made? Getting together? Surely it must be a lie.
