If this really happens, it depends what sort of subscriptions were talking about here.
For instance it could be like, if you subscribe -> You get the map packs we make for a year, at a more beneficial price then if you bought them seperately, plus some skins or something and whatnot
However if its pay2play for MW2 online, then they can sure go right to damnation!

For Modern Warfare 2, because it would be a major outrage if MW2 suddenly started demanding a £5/month subscription fee (on top of Xbox Live charges). Even when Acti inevitably try subscription fees, I can see it falling on its arse, but we'll see.JordanMillward_1 said:

The only way I would even think of subscribing to a FPS MMO would be one way. There has to be one map and one map only, THE ENTIRE FREAKING PLANET, and EVERYTHING has to be useable. And I mean being able to open up a fridge and making yourself a sammich!
