Saints Row 3 issue on PS3 Need Help!!

Hey all,
I bought Saints Row the Third on PS3 and it is absolute is crackerjack fun. wanting more content thanks to the wonders of disposable income i decided to buy a 'Season Pass' via the PSN or the now named SEN. When i went ahead to try and access this magical content in the game via the in-game menu, it keeps coming up with "Sorry, Couldn't find any DLC at this time" WHAT THE HELL DO I DO? i mean christ i am not spending more money to buy it separately when i have the season pass. but it gets even better, I bought this game Brand new, and it didn't even come with an online pass. See this is the sort've fuckwitry that comes from this stupid online pass system. Jim Sterling IS right.

but now that rants over can anyone give me any help? or do i have to now go through the jungles of Videogame customer service?

Have you tried downloading it from both the Playstation store and ingame?

nah i tried downloading it from PSN but it said that i would be paying twice for genki bowl and something else.
its when the in-game menu tries to find downloadable content from the store.

I've got a Season Pass myself and I got my DLC (Nyte Blayde pack and later Genki Bowl) from the Playstation store, not ingame. If neither is working I'm afraid I cannae help.

i checked the SEN store and i got my DLC all sorted out, i found the Genki Bowl and Nyte Blayde pack there for free so i think i have it all sorted now. still meant i had to fork out for the online pass though. because i didn't get one with the copy that i bought NEW. so annoyed at that. thanks for the help all!
