A friend of mine saw it fit to throw an open can of blue paint across a classroom, it didnt hit anyone other than another one of my friends... quite lucky for him because the guy didnt really mind as they knew each other.
Also, I have sent mentor a message so he might post his story... and maybe the link too, if he does all I have to say is "17 seconds" is my best so far.

One time a friend and I just said screw this and left our class like 20 minutes before school ended. We decided to run up and down the same hall got bored then went outside the window of the class we were supposed to be in and waved but the teacher was just too old and didn't notice. Then we just walked around looking around the school and into classes until the bell rang. That was the stupidest thing I ever did but was so fun. The next day the teacher called both of our names and asked if we left class. We just said nothing and she seriously just then had like women's ADD and she forgot and moved on to something else and we were never asked about it again. true story in fact
I am still just utterly shocked we got away with it even with the teacher asking and all. It was so unlike me to do it, but anyway that was May of last year and I just remember it being awesome but stupid.

That said, I still managed to scrape by with 41 seconds, hehehe.
In 6th grade, my Social Studies teacher let us watch the Lord of the Rings movie trilogy in class. We wasted two full weeks of class. The same teacher also taught us how to crochet, and wasted another week on that. I really miss that teacher.
Also, our middle school health classes were very disorganized, and when me and my friend called our teacher on it he let us play Ping Pong for most of the year.

*edit Oh, we used to throw pencils in the ceiling. We'd get a pack of them from the school store and see who could get the most up before class was over/we all got kicked out.
We made these weird contraptions out of large pen husks. You could fire lead, BB's, smaller pencils, even some food out of it. They had dozens of rubber bands taped/glued to one end and then a cylinder that would act to push the projectile out.
One kid then used an arrow shaft and several dozen rubber bands. That could shoot a whole pencil through the ceiling.

There was that one time in Comp II where we acted out the last scene of Hamlet. That was one of the very few positive experiences I had in that class.
