Is 25 just cosplaying as a waterspout? The Maelstrom? I'm sometimes not sure if a costume is something someone has just made up, or just something from a show/film/game/comic/book/board game I've had no exposure to. Nice to see the Rocketeer in there though.

Edit: No wait, I get it. Sharknado. I'm glad I didn't get that to begin with.

Also the eyes on the dude in 17 freak me out, I assume he's noob saibot from Mortal Kombat.
