In terms of not playing popular game classics, i´ll throw in Fallout 1&2, Jagged Alliance, every UFO game, System Shock 1&2 and Deus Ex. Oh also the Metal Gear series. Might add every Final Fantasy except 6 and 7.
I suck at Sim City.
I love Doom3 and find HalfLife2 boring as hell (played it for an hour).

ok so I've read the ENTIRE thread and I guess its time to confess:
-I was horribly addicted to Ragnarok Online. However I soon became bored with it. It became a chat program...with pretty hats.
-My spouse and I spend a lot on video games and accessories. We buy a new game almost every week.
-I currently have no less than 25 games on the go. Chances are I will finish very few of them.
-If i hear Atlus is putting out a new game (whatever system, whatever genre), chances are I will buy it on launch...without much thought.
-I bought Siren when it came out (ie: paid full price) and have only completed 3 missions. I get angry everytime I'm in EB games and see several copies of this game for $7!
-I bought SMT:Nocturne without knowing anything about it. Saw someone from my town selling it with the guide, so I bought it. It's one of the games I've yet to complete.
-I cry during most video games. Fatal Frame 2, FFX, Kingdom Hearts are the worst offenders.
-I own 2 of the 3 next gen colsoles (less the ps3), and will not purchase said system until FF13 and Kingdom Hearts are released.
-I play far too much guitar hero than any lady my age should. I enjoy skooling n00bs, and laughing at the shock they get when they discover I am female.
-I think that someone stole my copy of Beyond Good & Evil, and I threw a fit when I discovered it gone (Im 23 years old...I really liked the game!)
-Sadness makes me sad because it seems to have fallen off the planet. I will cry if this game never happens.
-I'm HAPPY that the next Fatal Frame will be Wii exclusive.
-Speaking of the Wii, we camped out 17 hours for the Wii. In November. In Winnipeg, Manitoba. It SUCKED.

Neither did I. I got stuck at the digging mini-game with the bamboo-cutter's daughter - the power where you draw a line up out of the springs to make a plume of water, that just would not work. And then my memory card got fried and I lost the save file. Maybe I'll start a new game one of these days...

I own a 360 but no FPS games for it (or any other system I own)

I have two Atari ET carts that are still in working condition

I've only maxed out the timer in one RPG ever (Digimon World 2)

Oh, and I really, really, reaaaaalllly want Apple's console, the "Pippin", just to own it (even though all it really has on it are very bad Gundam games and porn).

Aaaaand I can't think of anything else. =/

I love Assassin's Creed (played it for a month when I first got my 360)

I despise anyone who dislikes FF7 or says its not the best FF out of the whole series

I'm in love with Tifa as well =/

Try having a level 70 character, it was terrible. I was so god awful bored with my life that summer. I eventually died, lost a lot of stuff and though I could've replaced it, I gave away everything else I had so as to prevent myself from ever going back to that bastard of a game.

there nothing wrong with loving assassins creed, youve just got to step back to appreciate it.
I on the other hand:

Dedicated 2 years to Runescape

Hate All Final Fantasy's

Find FPS's stale due to the number of them flooding the market(and the fact that there all the same)

Played World of Warcraft for nearly a year

I have played the _entire_ of (Ultimate) Doom, Doom II and Final Doom (all 120-odd levels of it) three times. It won't now run on the new (Vista) PC. Can't say I miss it, strangely...

I dislike FF7 (which is against the law, apparently) and actually prefer FF10.

I never completed Starcraft. I could never do the very last "3 versus you" Zerg level. New computer issues again mean I'll never get another crack at it... :(

I recall in Windwaker in on Dragon Roost Island, getting stuck because I didn't know you could change which way you swung on the grappling hook... (To which I left the game in anger for months before picking it up again and feeling like a twat)

In FF VII, I always keep all of Aeris' weapons in commemoration of her.

I finished Super Princess Peach...

I played Hamtaro on GBA, and refused to give it back to my sister (Who owned it)

After beating Super Mario 64 DS for the first time, I promptly started a new game straight
after to see how fast I could beat it perfectly (11 hours I think)

I get too much satisfaction from hitting someone with King Dedede's Side Smash.

I have finished FF IX at least 5 times.

Re-Dead's Screams from Windwaker scare the Fuck out of me.

I have no idea what deus ex is.

Me and my Brother are so competitive, we once argued over a controller (One's response time was supposedly 1/2 a second longer)

Despite loving the FF series, I refuse to ever play XII beacuse it doesn't have 'true' turn based fighting.

I lose at every single RTS. Ever.

I had no interest in GTA IV and still don't.
