Sega Pledges to Not Make More Crappy Games From Classic IPs

I'm sorry Mr. Sega person, but there are a good many old games that need some attempt at modernizing. Even if only one in ten become a good game, that's still one good game we can play. Now, just as a suggestion, lets try;

-Road Rash (RR 1-3 style, the later one simply titled "Road Rash" again SUCKED. I want cool bikes, weapons, and to be able to beat the cop with his own billy-club!)

Anyway, not really surprising they'd say this, I mean what else would they say, "We're planning on milking these franchises with as many games as quickly as possible!"?

Are you saying Sonic 4 sucks? If so, please enlighten me as to how you played the game early.

I don't know about any of that, but I do know that at some point in the above quote, Mr. Hayes said the phrases "Streets of Rage" and "bring out of the locker," which I'm now going to arbitrarily put together and hold as gospel truth: Hey guys, did you hear?! They're bringing back Streets of Rage!

If Mr. Hayes were to instead try and bring back some of the 90s techno soundtracks that SOR had, then maybe I'd welcome this. Hell, if Sega were to make those games soundtracks more easily available I'd definitely pay for them.

SOR worked because it was what alot of people wanted to play at that time; when Tekken 3 on the PSX had that "Tekken Force" mode it had nowhere near the appeal (even with the bigger move sets and graphic improvements).

I really hope Sega don't make the mistake of altering their business model into something that exists solely to try and appease the fanboys. The last time they tried that they put all their eggs in a basket called the Dreamcast, and the competition from the PS2 killed it.
