Maybe the game should be run where you post who died and that person can create their own death at their own pace so the game will proceed quicker while still letting people make the fun or funny or just down right painful(mine for reference) death sequences.

Also to the killer. You couldn't have started to kill them off I don't know, let's say, one person ago.
