Here is a sample:
Another great is AronRa,https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCAJfDidJyukTekgSRZrjadw.

Yahtzee19- As mentioned, Zero Punctuation's Yahtzee Croshaw does Let's play with his friend, Gabriel Morton. Watch it for the interactions between such vitriolic, almost neurotic, pair of buddies who nevertheless appear to be good friends with great chemistry.

CinemaSins- Watch some guy point out cliches in movies. This explanation does not contain a lapdance. *ding*

Jontron- love him or hate him, he's got a real fast paced, out-there sense of humour.

Northernlion- That guy who's got like a billion Binding of Isaac let's plays. Actually a really nice and funny guy. See how he manages to keep viewer attention despite his massive amount of content.

Nerdcubed- Already been mentioned a lot in the thread.

TeamfourStar- Ditto

TwoBestFriendsPlay (TheSw1tcher)- THE HYPEST LET'S PLAYS ON YOUTUBE. Kinda sad had to go down in the thread to find first mention of them. Four buddies (Three ex-game industry workers) who gel together REALLY well who really love gaming with consistent daily updates. Warning, the massive amounts of running gags in this channel mean that you actually need to learn the lore a bit.

Two Best Friends Play deserves way more loving. They're incredibly funny but amazing LPers's at that who love video games.

They're actually doing a Silent Hill 2 LP which is a HUGE DEAL to the fans since we've been asking for one since early 2012 I believe.
What's particularly special is that they are turning down the snark and jokes slightly because they really want to show how great the game is. At the very least, you can say they are willing to give the game the respect it deserves.

Bonus; PlagueOfGripes- Started off making EXTREMELY detailed and smooth animations based on Let's play audios who eventually got picked up by the TwoBestfriendsPlay group as their second go-to artist. Still makes those impressive animations but also gives detailed lectures about art and the meaning of horror with Let's plays on the side. Currently doing an extremely in-depth play-through of Dark Souls 1 with well researched lore. Not bad for a farmer in the middle of nowhere with a knack in animal penis facts.

They're one of the few videogame "aficionados" I still enjoy, since unlike others they still have a real passion for the medium, even when they're bitching about something. And Matt and Pat just make for the best comedy duo.

You have no idea how hard I was fangasming when I saw that video titled 'Two Best Friends Play Silent Hill 2... (Part 1)'.

Other than that, Mathewmatosis is terrific. And I pop in to see what Screen Junkies is up to once in a while.

Also, everybody needs to know about this guy.

No love for Many a True Nerd? :( Sadness. This guy is hilarious. He does various let's plays, and he does it with this very charming British accent that makes it delightful. It's especially funny when he's doing his Kill Everything runs of Fallout 3 and New Vegas, and he's just so proper and polite and British, while eviscerating a building full of people. xD

He plays a very eclectic variety of games, chosen mostly by his viewers, everything from FTL to Hatoful Boyfriend. If you like light hearted comedy fun with your Let's Plays, check him out. He also has a few Real World video clips that he's done, like "How to Bake a Cake" and "How to Computer", and other goofy things.

I also watch

Yathzee19 - Because he's Yahtzee

Jim Sterling Because Jim Sterling

Team Fourstar Because they're freaking hilarious, though I try to watch their content on their personal site, so they can monetize it and make a profit.

The Atheist Experience A non-profit organization out of Austin Texas that puts on a weekly call-in show, discussing religion and god, and the falsehoods associated with them. If you're an atheist like me, and haven't checked out the show I'd suggest giving it a look. Fair warning, the religious callers that regularly call in can be really stupid, and it can sometimes be frustrating to listen to their idiotic rambling. But it can be fun watching the hosts respond to them.

Above and Beyond A trance/techno group that are pretty popular, and post a lot of their concerts live for viewing.

YourMovieSucksDotOrg This guy discusses movies, usually bad ones, but sometimes ones he likes too. And he rips them apart in a fairly funny way. His 4 part breakdown of why M Night Shyamalan sucks, and his in depth discussion of After Earth are particularly funny, as well as his review of The Host.

ERB Epic Rap Battles. I find them amusing.

Screen Junkies and also Cinema Sins These 2 collaborate so often that I just put them as one entry here. They make funny Honest Trailers, and also break down stupid movies in funny ways.

The Dom New guy to youtube, first saw him due to Channel Awesome. I follow him on Youtube because I don't frequent Channel Awesome much anymore, but I like his content.

The last time he was banned was around December last year when Khara CMDA'd his ME!ME!ME! video, which was clearly a review piece. He fought back, posted the hilarious video listed below and I believe he won. Considering his channel is still up and you can view his ME!ME!ME! video.

Some of my favourites:

Scott Manley - The Manliest of Scots. Seriously his content is fantastic. He mixes science, space history and general interesting stuff into fantastically entertaining, impeccably edited Let's Plays of games such as KSP, Xenonauts, Crusader Kings, Freelancer, Elite: Dangerous, Star Citizen, etc., as well making some great educational videos (which actually helped me with a university assignment on orbital mechanics). He is also great to his followers, sending birthday messages, helping people with questions they may have and probably being a major force for Kerbal Space Program's popularity. Seriously, he is just a bro-tier lifeform in general.

DouchebagChocolat (aka. Demolition D+, Demo D, Demo senpai, muh waifu) - Great anime related content. Humour, analysis, great taste in chinese girl cartoons. The works. Plus he is anime Jesus, having risen from the dead multiple times.

ScholaGladoriatoria - Anyone interested in history, HEMA, or antique weapons and armour NEEDS to watch this channel. Matt is a great host, hugely knowledgeable having studied the field academically and instructing a HEMA club. For the same types of videos, although to less of an academic degree, LindyBiege is another great channel.

TheBrainScoop - An amazing look into the inner workings of museums as well as information on the natural world and natural history. Anyone with an interest should have a look.

There are so many more I could go in depth with, but I don't have the patience to write out what I love about maybe 20 more channels. Some others I love watching:

Yahtzee19
Jontron
VideoGamerTV
Tom Scott
DesertFoxAirsoft
Robo Murray Airsoft
CGPGrey
Extra Credits
SomeGreyBloke
ErrantSignal
SuperBunnyHop
Matthewmatosis
MinutePhysics/MinuteEarth
The Vaults of Terra
AlternateHistoryHub
MBARI
LabofOrnithology
MrBTongue
AronRa (When he's doing his evolutionary biology videos and not railing on religion. I just don't like that kind of content)
Also the GOOD montage parody channels (see snipars, vagabonds, AncientReality, Senpai Kush, Dolan Dark, etc. Yeah? And?)

I, too, find myself watching more and more YouTube these days. Currently, my favourite channels are:

SourceFed and SourceFedNerd - I love all the hosts. They are hilarious and charming and entertaining as all fuck. It's too bad Joe Bareta left. He was my favourite.

Hank and Jed, NeebsGaming, and JonnyEthco - I lump all these guys together because they almost always work together as a team. Starting with Jon Ethridge's work on Apocalypse Lane (which used to be hosted on this site) and extending to Doraleous and Associates, Battlefield Friends and Mob Squad, everything they do is comedy gold. I especially like Jon Ethridge's standalone cartoons.

Extra Credits - The quality of their work speaks for itself. Very informative, and I especially like the new James Recommends show.

David Firth - The weird bastard behind the Salad Fingers series has even more head-splittingly strange videos on his YouTube channel. I love his work.

Devin Townsend - Because he's my favourite musician, and that's about it.

Cracked - I LOVE Cracked. Even when they're insulting something I love, I find them fucking hilarious. I just wish Sean Baby had more involvement with the videos they make.

Movie Bob - As cheesy, hammy, and self-indulgent as it is, I love the GameOverthinker series. Bob's insights are always well thought out and poignant, and despite (or, more accurately, because of) the show being more heavy-handed than his Escapist videos, I will always enjoy it immensely.

Jim Sterling - Because he's Jim fucking Sterling, son.

Aside from the obvious ones people have already mentioned:

Digibro Thoughtful and meticulous analyser of Taiwanese finger puppetry and formerly horses who's perspective often gives me cause for introspection.

Drowning in Footwear/Horseshoes/Kayfabe This guy is a mad genius. Reviewer of video games, ponny, wrestling and occasionally film, he's a self-loathing narcissist with a penchant for irreverent humour and a shrewd analyst who's videos often dig deep and illuminate a point of view or little nuances about the work I never would have given consideration to before devolving into dadaist nihilism. It's awesome.

Razorfist Video game review with a similarly acerbic sense of humour that feeds the misanthrope in me, he's an articulate, attentive asshole who boasts an impressively vast vocabulary. I agree with him with the same degree of frequency that Samuel L. Jackson turns down a role and yet I keep coming back which is a testament to just how good this guy is.

Rebel Taxi Cartoon reviewer with a very laid back and concise style of video making; very rarely exceeding 10 minutes yet generally getting across everything he needs to while being really funny along the way.

The Needle Drop Eclectic and insightful music reviewer who covers a very broad scope of new releases.

Ahsens: dude is nuts, does reviews on cheap crap from the British version of dollar stores. He also from time to time eats extreamly out of date food......... and Pop station stuffs.

Skallagrim/ Scholagladiatoria/ Lindybeige: these dudes do videos on historical medieval martial arts, and they do discussions on weapons and armor. Skallagrim does a series of videos reviewing the design of fantasy weapons from video games and movies. Scholagladitoria talks about swords, and reviews armors seen in movies and t.v.. And Lindybeige is basically the same as the other two, but he also gives advice on taking a more realistic path on tabletop games (D&D and the like).

LewToons: Mainly reviews western cartoons, but has touched on anime.

There have been 2 kinds of autistic people I have run into:

1) The self-diagnosed Tumblr kind of throw it on themselves no matter what when they really mean they're a little bit awkward, and they are worth avoiding because of the drama they always want to bring or...

2) The actual austistic kinds of people. Fun fact; had an autistic friend in high school for about 3 years. What did I learn? Our friendship ended when he started following some of our female friends home, threatening people and then threatening me with a knife. Ever since then, I've stuck with the simple rule of "Don't stick your [friendship] dick in crazy", there are plenty of non-crazy people to be friends with and my life is drama free. Woot!

Also, I seriously doubt OP is a sociopath; they don't run around on internet forums trumpeting how sociopathic they are. They usually just fit into catergory 1 of above.

Let's check the subscription feed:

JimSterling and yahtzee19: You know who the fuck these guys are, they don't need me to advocate for them.

lionheartx10: #1 Total War UK channel! I love his campaign commentary, and I love how he plays the games as more of a "regular guy" than an ultra-serious meta sort of player. His Alien Isolation Lets Play is also hilarious as hell.

HeirofCarthage: The other Total War gamer I subscribe to. I like watching his online battles and "in-depth" videos, even if I don't find his campaign playthroughs to be particularly engaging. I watch him when I want a more tactical analysis on Total War battles.

Ninjachick0117: Does some pretty awesome Red vs. Blue music videos. If you like that sort of thing, she does some of the best around.

YOGSCASTWill: I subscribed to this guy back when he was Linkthe1st, love his in-depth analysis on Bethesda games.

I've also been watching Markiplier more recently, mainly (exclusively) because of his Alien Isolation and Five Nights playthroughs. Not going to subscribe though, even though I honestly like the guy, because he does way too much stuff I couldn't care less about.

FrankieonPCin1080p [https://www.youtube.com/user/FRANKIEonPCin1080p]. This guy does a lot of FPSs and survival games, in particular he's probably best known for his Day Z mod play-throughs, which are damn entertaining to watch even if there are probably plenty of scripted moments.

Hannahplays [https://www.youtube.com/user/yogscast2] I just love her voice, it's audio meth to my ears... She is of course a good narrator, good singer as well, and it is entertaining to watch her gaming.

Lindybeige [https://www.youtube.com/user/lindybeige] He's a bit like Schola Gladatora but more general, he talks not only about ancient and medieval weapons but also historical films, archaeology and a number of other things including something called Herrang (?). He's pretty funny, I really liked his critique on Ironclad [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m0zYZhJXELQ]- he was apparently nearly appointed historical advisor to that film, but by the sounds of things he dodged a bullet so to speak.

<link=https://www.youtube.com/user/RebelTaxi99>Rebel Taxi: Aka "Pan Pizza"; dude does animation-related videos and host an animation-esque-related podcast because Frederator... Currently did a two-parter on The Incredibles...

<link=https://www.youtube.com/user/purpleeyeswtf>PurpleEyesWTF: Everyone must experience the wonder of the Purpleverse, where a dude with a magical purple eye has no idea how it even works, a rubbery "Sean Connery" on a journey to find... something, and a kid who really didn't want their respected universes to collide any more than they do now, I guess... Still not convinced? Then, maybe <link=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zkQbEGA707w>this video would do it... I think... I haven't tested it yet...

<link=https://www.youtube.com/user/faulerro>Faulerro: This dude does the Danganronpa Abridged Thing and Nullmetal Alchemist... He also did <link=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OThgYAgng18>this video, which made me laugh harder than I needed to...

<link=https://www.youtube.com/user/Ichigekikai>Killing Spree: Hip-hop instrumental flips/remixes of various Japanese-related songs, mostly anime-related... Sometimes does rap competitions... (Has moved to <link=https://soundcloud.com/killing-spree-1>Soundcloud a little over a month ago, [un]fortunately?)

Some of my favorites include:

The Mysterious Mr. Enter - does reviews on animation where he praises the good and lambasts the bad. (UPDATE: Recently, however, his channel was shut down for "copyright reasons" AKA Viacom's usual brand of BS, so try to find him elsewhere.)

The Retro Replay, Caddicarus, The Angry Joe Show - video game reviewers with varying styles.

Chuggaconroy, Lucahjin, Cryaotic - let's players who have done a variety of games.

Jim Sterling - Because it's Jim Fucking Sterling son, damnit!

Josh Way - does "Fun with Shorts", riffing MST3K-style on those cheesy old shorts.

Adam Warrock - Kickass music based on comic books and video games.

It's Just Some Random Guy - creator of "I'm a Marvel and I'm a DC", which utilizes action figures to tell surprisingly entertaining stories.

Ill Will Press - home of everyone's favorite snarky, cynical squirrel, Foamy.

Bloodrunsclear - makes awesome fake movie/tv trailers you only wish were real.

Without mentioning the channels the past people comment already (I don't want to repeat)-

How It Should Had Ended
https://www.youtube.com/user/HISHEdotcom
I always get a good laugh at their alternative ending to a film.

Botherhood Workshop
https://www.youtube.com/user/BrotherhoodWorkshop/videos
They're becoming a recent favourite as again I get a good laugh while at the same time impressed by the animation.

Man At Arm
https://www.youtube.com/user/AweMeChannel
Sure I missed the old crew but I think the new crew are doing a decent job (who care that they used abit of computer to cut it out? I dare anyone to forge the weapons they can dish out)! I starting to liked it again now that they aim making hybrid weapons.

Epic Rap Battle
https://www.youtube.com/user/ERB/videos
I believe someone on here mention how can anyone liked this channel. Well I can say that I liked the rap battle despite not liking rap myself! I just like what information they can used to "dished" the other oppernent and they can be creative at it too! In another word, it is funny and fun to watch!!!

Chris Cohen
https://www.youtube.com/user/SlurpyJ
He is the greatest British animal dubber out there!

Harry Partridge
https://www.youtube.com/user/HarryPartridge
He got good comedy and animation. His videos are always worth the wait!
