Silly ways to play games.

Sometimes playing the game normally gets boring so you think of new ways of playing it. Some people like to add rules to make it more of a challenge, but ever have rules that just make it silly?

This may be extremely old, but I still enjoyed versing friends in Tony Hawk's ProSkater using DDR mats. It's impossible but so much fun. Or when playing Super Smash Bros I set it so the only item drops are pokeballs and make and agreement with my friends that we can't directly hit each other and have a pokemon battle. Adding drinking to any game works too, Catherine was fun to drink to since it was a vicious cycle. You drank when you died and the more you died the more you drank and the more you drank the more you died. It was not a pretty morning.

What kind of silly rules or ways did you invent while playing games?

I recently got into the World of Warplanes alpha testing, and I've been playing quite a lot since. As such, I've noticed and taken advantage of a few interesting bugs in the physics system. Every few rounds, I'll get bored and spend an entire match flying upside down.

I once got the top score on my team doing that. I'm pretty sure that's how the Red Baron did it, too.

I heard the Ministry of Silly Walks has a division for Silly Gaming.

Nascar thunder 2003. Set the race length to maximum, turn off yellow flags, and see if you can take out every car on the field. God that was fun.
