If we're going to stick to morality, and not the arbitrary legal standard being applied here, the analogy of the library becomes even more powerful. If a person wants to read a book they intend to plunk down $60 for later, and they check it out from the library, is that then an immoral act? How can you attack the one act, but defend the other?
