[Skyrim Bug] Warp Speed! Do Not Want!

Skyrim being a Bethesda release,bugs are a foregone conclusion. Well,here's another one,and I'm hoping there's an easy fix. Recently,I was fighting a few bandits. One of them had a mage,flinging around ice lances. I got hit once or twice,but meh. But,after the fight,I found myself running as if I were sprinting. You'd think that this was a happy occurence. But then you need to realize that handling super speed in Skyrim,or any Bethesda game,for that matter,is quite difficult. Overshooting everything,always missing your mark in melee (I'm using a warhammer),and your followers never being able to keep up. It's a royal pain in the ass. I'm on the PC,and reloading doesn't fix it. Any ideas?

Odd. Sometimes I find myself suddenly moving faster if I draw a weapon while sneaking, but stopping moving for a second clears that up. I've never encountered this particular problem.

So it even persists even after quitting and reopening the game completely?

It does,sadly. I REALLY don't like this warp speed. Yes,I can easily float in and out between strikes,and easily outrun any trap in the game...And that's exactly why I hate it. It removes all of the challenge.

Disable any mods before starting, and try a new game.

No,it's exclusive to the save. I make a new character,no more warp speed. But my old character still has it. I have no mods that effect speed,so it cannot be a mod issue.

There's a console command in older Bethesda games which can change the speed at which you move, I presume there'll be one for Skyrim. Just search Skyrim console commands and see if that does the trick.

Also, the fact that you don't have any mods which directly affect speed doesn't necessarily mean they couldn't be affecting it.
