Skyrim translating the collectors word wall

I have been working on trying to translate the Skyrim word wall in the collectors edition. although I have not been able to translate all of it I have most of the text (in dragon language) and some has been translated. Could you help translate the rest?
It currently reads (note *=untranslated character)

I have translated some of that to say

And ___ ____ Mighty ___ ________ Become/come From Brutal North like/similar Storm balance ____ _*__ Vengeance ?by? Sovengard Itself. good luck translating the rest.

Since the internet is the home of tireless obsessives everywhere, and Skyrim was one of the most anticipated games of the year, I'm pretty sure it's already been translated. You could probably just google it to find the translation, but I suggest finishing it yourself if you can, since you've come so far already.
