Gonzalo "ZeRo" Barrios admitted to sexually suggestive messages to two minors and continuing to send such messages after discovering one was a minor.

Amidst several recent allegations of sexual misconduct and assault circling the Super Smash Bros. community, former Smash for Wii U pro Gonzalo "ZeRo" Barrios has apologized for sending sexually suggestive messages to minors.

Barrios, one of the most successful Smash players of all time, addressed past allegations and new ones Saturday in a Twitlonger post. In it, he admitted to sending messages to two people he later found out were minors and continuing to send suggestive messages after discovering the age of one of the women.

What do you prefer, the English version of Freckles or the Japanese? I think this is one of the rare examples of (1) a dubbed song instead of an entirely replaced one, and (2) actually being good, or at least not an utter embarrassment.

Neither. those songs are two sickeningly sweet for me. Especially the dubbed version. Yu Yu Hakusho did dubbed songs right. I still listen to the English version of the opening and endings of that show.

From what I remember, the article I read said it was actual child porn. I remember reading it around 2015 or 2016. And it didn't matter if the kids were 16 or not, it's still fucking creepy. And they're way out of his age range.

Nah man, this was I believe 12 or under, I definitely remember him saying that was his ideal age. In Japan it was just legal back in the day so I guess he never took the change seriously. I guess the fine he payed being something akin to 1200 bucks is show of that. He's a popular mangaka but he's not really a big celebrity enough to influence such issues so they prolly didn't take it especially easy on him either.

Also the dude is still married too and his wife works with him, maybe his wife shares his hobby lol.
