So here's my question: What's the longest you've ever slept?

31 hours; I had the flu and hadn't slept for two days previous, so I just collapsed once I got better enough to not be shivering all the time. Awesome sleep.

Not counting a different stage of having that same flu wherein I hallucinated about Djinns in the desert leading me to water... I was very dehydrated...

When I had Swine Flu I pretty much slept an entire 24 hours. That's also the only time I've ever seriously wished I were dead. It was so bad.

At once or waking up every so often and then rolling over and going back to sleep?

Because at once would be about 12-14 hours solid, if I did wake up I wasn't aware of it.

If allowing for 'waking up, being aware but very very tired then sleeping again' than I've done about 20 hours after I got the flu once.

I'm the opposite to that.

If I drink heavily, I can't sleep for more than 6-7 hours.
Even if I didn't intend to go to sleep when I did...

Usually involves me waking up at 4am, still to drunk to stand up properly.

22 hours in a shot, I was very sick and took some sleeping pills to knock me out after being kept awake for 2 solid days due to my illness at the time.

I did get rather scared when someone I know fell asleep and woke up 38 hours later, though. We're still not quite sure how or why that happened.

POst one Glastonbury weekend I slept for 38 straight hours, in my defense Id been using nothing but pep pills, red bull and other some other stuff to stave off sleep for the whole three days.
