It's from an anime called Kuroshitsuji. The eyes are from the protagonist Ciel Phantomhive.

Honestly this would be great, combined with some of the other great designs in the thread your eye would be both badass looking AND functional...but how would you power it?

I don't suppose you could hook something like that up to your nervous system/ brain and power it with your own energy at a simple thought could you?
