The reviewer calls it "arguably the best RPG in years," applauds the "magnificent characters" and the fact that it has "actual role-playing," and then apparently complains that the main story "takes time." Does that make sense to anyone else? I mean, I've been waiting for this game for two years, it's reportedly mindblowingly awesome, and I'm paying the extra money for the Collector's Edition, so wouldn't you want it to last a while when you get it? I know I do...

same here i'm replaying it to get back into the story... and cos i need to get my character back to level 60 cos i lost some saved data when i moved all my stuff to my new hard drive...

This is one of those games I won't be consulting reviews on. Bioware has a track record solid enough at this point they could shit in a dvd case and I'd still buy it on principle.

What are you talking about ME1 control is way better on the PC. I can't believe how much more I enjoy it. I actually kinda didn't like the game on the xbox, but I love it on the PC. Funny how little things like faster loads, less texture pop up, better framerates, and the ability to aim help the experience.

Official Xbox Magazine gave it a 9.5 our of 10, saying it was pretty much amazing, but had a couple boring side-activities and suffered a little from the typical pitfalls of the "middle" story in a trilogy. But they loved it.

I'm starting to get really freaking pumped.

i usually dont give much credibility to early reviews like that. Too quick, and above all; too "OMG THIS IS THE SECOND COMING OF THE CHRIST ITS GODLY" overhype.

I will see for myself if it is any good or not.
