Escapists! Hello there.
I would like to hear where all you guys/gals are from and anything interesting about the area.

I myself am from the Chicago area, where we have many neighborhoods that house all kinds of people, from Latinos to Arabs to Nigerians, which means we get a lot of choices as far as food as and such. As long as you are willing to look.

I was born in Calgary. I still live there. Not really all that much interesting, except we have the Calgary Stampede!

Indiana. I apparently live in the 'rich' county... It's quite boring and plain here, but at least we've got corn. Go Corn!

I am from Toledo, OH a special area of the state that has a ton of history actually. Also it used to be a complete swamp, and some of it still exists.

I live in Rockwall, which is a suburb of Dallas. It's a pretty good town, its close enough that I can enjoy the sights and cuisine of Dallas, but I don't have to deal with the crime in Dallas.

I was born in San Francisco, raised in L.A. I still visit San Francisco, and I have to admit it's a superior city.

I'm from a suburb of Minneapolis. Many professional sports players live in my city so I always see them around. I know that's not particularly interesting, but I couldn't think of anything else that I haven't already posted on here before.

Bergen, Norway! Lived in the middle of the urban mess all my life, guess that's where I belong XD. It's nothing like the big cities of other countries though, the second biggest city in Norway isn't much of a city =3.

I was born in Britain, but moved to Tennessee around the time I was 2.

Why Tennessee, I have no idea.

Interestingly enough, Chicago used to totally be swamp. At one point they had to raise the whole city up with jacks. Apparently the city may still be sinking.

New Hampshire, U.S., currently living in Vermont of the same country.

Not a big difference 'tween the two, if it weren't for the signs between the two you wouldn't even know.

Very rural. Boondocks pretty much describe the whole place.

Red Deer, Alberta, Canada.

Better known as "that city between Edmonton and Calgary".

Born in San Francisco, live very close to it, but not technically in it.
As for something interesting about it... We have an orange bridge that for some reason is considered golden.
