Lol I want to make a webcomic, but I can't draw to save my life, my pictures come out retarded looking every time! Any tips on how to get better at this kind of thing or tips on how to get an artist to like me so they can draw the stuff for me?

I suggest you to look at DeviantArt site if you want to start seriously with the webcomics, BUT only for the drawing part and how to make a webcomic.
Also my tip I have for is only two:
Patience and a lot of Practice.

Here's a sub-lime tutorial on drawing
It's an image and it may be how drawing a furry but it teaches you how to draw detailed art so why the hell not.

You could always just roll with your current mediocre drawing style and have your characters lampshade this for cheap laughs. Hell, you could make plot points out of how badly everything is drawn. So long as your aesthetic is consistent, there's not a lot anyone could say about it.

You'll actually find a lot of webcomics start off really dodgy on the art side of things.
They improve because the person drawing gets more and more practice, learns from their mistakes, and works out their own personal style.

In fact some comics have intentionally really crappy art.

I'd say take a few online tutorials about the style of artwork you want to achieve, create your own characters (keep them simple enough to start, you can slowly make their designs more complex as you improve) and go for it.

Funnily enough this is happening to me. I mentioned my idea to a friend and that I couldn't draw, and they as a person going to an animator's college, offered to help as practice.

Draw loads and loads of random shot and find a style. But don't make it too random, make it so you gradually draw more complex stuff. So start out drawing simple stick figures, maybe move onto fan art of your favourite cartoon (not anime) then start going onto more realistic humans or more detailed animals and such. That's all I can really give you. Drawing is not something you can simply learn, like maths.

I can draw pretty good.

I'm certainly not terrible at it. This is random doodle of Korra I did while watching Castle...so from memory no reference xD

As for your web comic woes why don't you try Deviant Art. There are tons of good artists there.

Not all webcomics are based off awesome art, like mine for example! *rimshot* ;_;

There's Order Of The Stick, XKCD and Cyanide and Happiness. The art is pretty simple, but they're all popular as far as I'm aware. ^^

Just try and find a style you can keep consistent enough, then draw constantly until you start improving. (That's advice my friend gave me).

I wish, I'm a horrible artist despite wasting many hours in classes drawing instead of doing school work. I doodle all the time and I seem to get ever so slightly better.

I'm a world-class artiste and I might even say that I'm the best in the universe.

Seriously, though. If you want to make a webcomic I say go for it. Cyanide and Happiness guys look like they have cancerous tumors for heads (Kris's and Dave's anyway) and xkcd uses freaking stick figures and both of them are awesome.

Who knows, years from now our descendants may be discussing the absolute genius of Fireprufe15, the most popular webcomic creator in history. :D

I'm pretty decent with a tablet, but I've always had a really terrible time with sequential art. xD It's a pity really, because I wouldn't mind getting into web comics.

No I don't, though I doodle a lot. I don't have very good hand-eye coordination and I'm left-handed which means my hand covers up the lines I'm drawing as I'm drawing them making it harder to make straight lines and such. The annoying thing is I'm able to come up with a lot of stuff in my head but I can't draw any of it.

I can draw well enough. *points to avatar*

But all of it is pretty much self-taught, so the only advice I can give you is; Draw in a way that comes natural to you.
