(SOLVED) Can't Find Any Servers in CoD 4 (PC)

I bought CoD 4 a little less than a week ago, and whenever I search for a server, I can't find any. The entire list is blank. I hit the refresh button, and it tells me that it's refreshing about 4,300 servers, but I still see nothing. I've tried restarting my computer, making sure I have the most recent patch, making sure I have my firewall set to let it through, and re-installing the game, but nothing has worked. Has anybody had similar issues? If so, have you found any fixes?

Apparently it's a common issue but I can't find what the definitive solution is. You've obviously tried all the things that should fix the problem but it's pretty clear the game itself is somehow bugged. Try messing around with the filter settings, apparently that sometimes works. Worst case you could use something like this [http://www.gametracker.com/search/cod4/] and/or connect manually.

Fiddling with the server filter actually worked, thanks. It's odd, though, since I'd tried changing my filter settings once, to no avail. Oh well, I won't be one to argue with a good thing, and after playing a few rounds, I think I can confidently say that CoD 4's multiplayer is a pretty good thing.
