All of the VA's are reprising their roles in Frontiers, including Cindy Robinson and it was confirmed that was indeed Amy in the trailer.
I don't know how you missed this considering the game was announced at the game awards. The reason I missed it, is because I fell asleep an hour into the award show. I had an exhausting week. I found out the next day on youtube, and I wasn't even trying. As soon as I clicked to my YouTube page on the bookmark, it was the first thing that came into my feed.I had no idea this was a thing that was important to people. Then again Chris Chan maced a Gamestplop employee because Sonic's arms were all blue in a game so i guess you better not mess with Sonic cannon.
I was more talking about people caring who the voice actors actually are. Sonic fans are weird.I don't know how you missed this considering the game was announced at the game awards. And as far as Chris is concerned, the douchebag might as well just be a footnote in history. I know he's has mental issues and everything, but I still excuse acting like a socially retarded douche. I'm not implying you were or anything, I just got sick and tired of hearing about this guy back in the late 2000s and early 2010s. It's a good thing, that most young people on the internet never heard of them nor care.
That's been a thing since the post Sonic Adventure 2 days. The voice acting from that game holds up well for the most part. Outside of a few line reads here and there. I remember everybody flipped their lid when they replaced all the voice actors from that game when Sonic X released (these actors were voicing all the characters up until after Sonic Unleashed). What didn't help that it was awkward hearing different voices at the time, and not all the actors got used to their roles yet. It was especially weird hearing Dan Green's voice coming out of Knuckles mouth. What didn't help that most of the original voice actors were willing to come back. The only ones that couldn't make it was the voice for Dr Eggman, but he had passed away at that point, so that was understandable. Plus, Mike Pollock was the only change nearly every fan agreed with. He was going to get replaced at some point, but Sega couldn't find anybody to fit his charisma and talent. So they had to bring him back on board.I was more talking about people caring who the voice actors actually are. Sonic fans are weird.
Was this intentional? I can't decide if it would be more funny if it was or wasn't.Gamestplop
The sonic fan base can be ridiculous at times, but I don’t think most of them are as crazy as Chris Chan, since he actually has mental issues.I had no idea this was a thing that was important to people. I actually spoken to Mike Pollock before (He allows to be interviewed by fans, he is awesome!) He told me that Sega always has him re audition his role every so years when his contract is up.That's been a thing since the post Sonic Adventure 2 days. Good to hear. I do know Sega tried to replace him at least once. I think it was just before the pre-production of Sonic Colors. Thank you for the extra info.I actually spoken to Mike Pollock before (He allows to be interviewed by fans, he is awesome!)
