I like what I've seen so far. I couldn't care less about the majority of the fan complaints I've seen in other forums though. It's always stupid things like they want his eyes to be just black again, or they can't handle Eggman being the name or some other pointless complaint like that.

Better be getting rid of the rumored mine cart level...Then again, that level didn't look too bad, because the guy playing it in the video clearly sucked at it. He was stopping and starting way too much. Any player with any sort of skill would have that level flowing smoothly as butter. Which is a big part of Sonic's appeal. A smooth flow at high speeds. But I am liking what I've seen from the trailer you put in, Logan. It makes me happy, and also makes me ask: If they can still copy the feel of the original Sonics so well, where the fuck has this been all these years?!

Am I the only one who only played some of the 3D-titles? Sonic Adventure 2 Battle was awesome, but after that they started to screw up. Maybe this one will be good again. Maybe.

Seriously, while that trailer looks awesome, listening to fan suggestions Sega? Sonic fans are one of the biggest groups of clinging complaining dipshits I've ever had the displeasure of encountering, second only to maybe Star Wars fans. Actually the jury's still out on that one.
Anyway, listening to their suggestions is the last thing you want to do.

It looks almost like Sonic's rendered in 3D, maybe they just made a fuckton of sprites and incredibly high resolution so that it takes about 64 frames for him to take a single step.

I think it looks pretty good like that.
