Nice Sony...you just discovered the tried and true way to guarantee people will continue to email you. It will most likely increase the number of people emailing as well as the % of those people emailing for no real reason at all or just to spite you. Better start expanding that executive response department. Those people have job security now!

When customer service won't respond, then thats the only option. What Mr. Tretton should be doing next week is hiring an entirely new support division. As the current one is obviously not working if customers are having to write him.
