Souls esque game with a Samurai Jack setting

Imagine basically this scenario where you can travel between locations ranging from cyberpunk cities, Ancient Greece, Middle eastern taverns, Rave concerts, and tranquil forests and mountains. Also the weapons would be vary with a mix of traditional, modern, and futuristic weapons. Thoughts on this concept

I agree with the others, I think. Part of the appeal of the areas in Souls games is that they're linked lore-wise, and each tells a story that contributes to the overall story. Then again, that could be possible, provided the player character isn't the only one capable to making these jumps.
A setting where an entire civilization was able to make dimensional jumps could be interesting.

I can dig it. Samurai Jack has a lot of different environments with soul-crushing effort put into each one and that level of care into each combined with gameplay like that sounds like a great idea.

The closest thing I can think of that matches is a few of the Serious Sam games. That is all I got.

Not sure about the gameplay but Elex sound kinda close to the futuristic/fantasy setting, judging by the trailer.
