I don't know, I guess they could but, it seems like if they were going to do one, they would've already.
If they do, it will just bring more attention to the rotting cesspit that most of the internet has ignored up until recently.

I don't think most people would get the idea,but I don't really care that much. If they do, well then more power to them, but I don't really find South Park all that funny anymore.
Bah, 4chan gets way too much credit as it is. 94 percent of the stuff they do is pointless, unfunny and small time, 5 percent is big(ish) scale but plain mean. Maybe 1 percent large scale funny/just operations.
I'm sure 4chan is too busy in posting child porn and Anonymous is much too busy in their extermination of Scientology to notice.

Well since the popularity of the show is going down i wouldn't doubt it. They always have to have episodes that say "Hey look at us we're edgy and we make fun of people." that got old a long time ago.

Considering Trey Parker and Matt Stone are admitted 4channers (/b/tards at that) I would like to think that they would be courteous enough to avoid making an episode directly about 4chan, guaranteeing even more hordes of newfags flocking directly to /b/ and making the internets collective intelligence drop even more.
