This is pretty awesome...
People would pay to see it, and it could be his house...

Millennium falcon?! Who cares... I wanna STAR DESTROYER! :p
You're thinking far to small my boy, if you're gonna go all out then you need to go all the way:

Full scale, both the first and second ones. Maybe slap a no entry sign over the exhaust vent.

"the builders have settled on a length of 114 feet, width of 81.485 feet and height, not counting the laser turret, of 24.878 feet."
I think you got length, width and height mixed up there or maybe that's just me, as I take it length is front to back(horizontal), width from side to side(horizontal) and height from top to bottom(vertical).

Or maybe the Falcon always looked like a miniature highrise apartment building and I just misjudged how it's presented in the movies. :p

'length of 81.485 feet, width of 24.878 feet and height, not counting the laser turret, of 114 feet' sounds a lot more sensible to me.

EDIT: Oh wait. You ment 25 and 82, not 25000 and 81000. My mistake. Sorry. I was looking back and thinking; THE FALCON IS 7 KILOMETERS WIDE? WHAT? So I guess I did it wrong.

Haha- NOW you're talking! I'd pay to see that.
"The Imperial I-class belonged to the Star Destroyer family of warship, exemplified by its dagger/arrowhead design.

A single Imperial-class vessel cost the Empire more than twenty times the cost of a EF76 Nebulon-B escort frigate, which was the equivalent of several star systems' annual economic output."

Better start paying up. Better hold on your retirement and keep working hard for a few centuries.

I'd be sure to make those turrets work, cause I'd be paranoid some dipshit kids would come up and vandalize it...and why just rent it out? Live in it! Any single women who love Star Wars will just give it away when you bring them back to your Millennium Falcon to make love in cargo bay. Or maybe in the gunners seat, if you really want to celebrate your direct hit

Hope this gets finished...it's a project that has potential to go down in history...and start a Jedi-Trekkie fight when Trek fans start construction on the Enterprise, which will lead to the Sith battleship...things...which leads to another Enterprise, leading eventually to the Deathstar in orbit...we'll see what aliens would want to fuck with us then...or maybe confirm Jedism and launch humanity's integration into cultures around the galaxy...see, just talking about this creates conversations...even if it's with one's self

Ahhh this is too much of a fanboy thing, people should get normal lives...

OR NOT, so I could use my normal life to get normal money, to pay for the weird shit the weird people made, because I FUCKING LOVE STAR WARS!!! If this Millennium Falcon ever disappears, it might be hidden somewhere around my place

Palpatine on this news: "who cares about an aluminum falcon???"

Article said there's been no activity on this project for awhile. However, if you go visit the site you can see that there's picture of what they've been building as recently as last week.
