137GB, and that's pretty much all my games installed. I don't have many addons either.

How to transfer the Steam folder.
1) Copy steamapps folder and steam.exe to new location.
2) Connect to the Internet.
3) Double click on steam.exe.
4) Wait for client to download.
5) Add shotcuts to taste.

I'm forced to keep it small as my HDD is only 120GB total (gaming partition is 110GB) so my steam folder takes up about 60GB with less than half of my games installed.

Quick question. I now have Steam, I have a total of two games (TF2 and Portal) I'm installing TF2 now. Anyway, does Steam store my save files? If I buy Fallout 3, download it, play it for a while, delete it, then download it again some time will my save files be there automatically?

16.4GB, but I wholly intend to get the valve complete pack as soon as a deal goes on it.

about 110 gigs, only have about 12 games installed though. I made a copy of the folder on a spare hardrive so whenever I have to reinstall the computer I just drag the files back in instead of redowloading all that huge monster.

133GB. I probably should get rid of some stuff. I'll tell you how much once I get rid of some things!
EDIT: Okay, so after some clean up, it's 117 gigs. I think I have a few too many Garry's mod mods installed.

brunothepig, steam saves your savegames in the folder of the respective game. If you uninstall a game, steam will give you a warning, and ask you, if you want to delete yor savegames, if I recall correctly.
But if you only have three games on there, why delete it?

My steam is 100 GB big, and I´m a bit surprised, didn´t think it was that much.
I do need to do some cleaning up ;-)

When you think about how much a game takes up (usually between 2 and 7 gigs, depending on the game), plus mods, and extra maps, plus updates, it might start making sense.
Depends entirely on the game. I'm back down to around 150 GB at the moment after getting rid of the astoundingly sketchy port that is The Force Unleashed, which is nearly 30 GB all by itself. I don't even know how the hell they managed to pull that off.

Mine's only 11gb. I've only got 2 Steam games, Tropico 3 and TF2 (which I'm downloading now).
