Stray feels like a spiritual successor to Talos Principle

I know it's not actually one, as it's not made by the same devs. But I have to admit, when I saw the trailer for the first time, of a world of robots, but also with a cat, my brain had a little dancing squee moment of it being tied to the Talos Principle.

I suspect that the premise of the game will be similar to TP though, a post-human world, with robots filling in the societal gaps, but also making it their own.

I can't wait for Stray just cuz it's a "play as a cat" game and I love cats. I hope the gameplay will be of the environmental puzzler variety vs say a walking cat simulator.

I'm avoiding hype until we see more of the game, because a trailer doesn't mean much, especially a trailer like this.
