I have two fun ones, both from eighth grade.

1. On a Friday, the health class I was in was being completely noisy. When the teacher threatens to hold us in, (last class) the kids start saying, rather noticeably, to blame it on me. I wasn't going to have any of that, so I shove my desk into the main f**kwit's desk, and say 'Your *ss is grass' and proceed to GTFO, not wanting to get in a fight. I forgot to get my backpack, though, and walk in saying that. Go home, think it's all cool.

Monday comes, I'm pulled out of my first class by school security and have the rent-a-cop searching my backpack for a gun. They call my house, waking up my grandparents to search for a firearm we don't even own. Apparently, in Las Vegas, all it takes is 5 kids saying that you're bringing a weapon to school to make it fact.

As a result, I was suspended for 2 weeks, ended up going to court and had to undergo counseling and do 36 hours of community service (only did 10 hours, because screw that noise) over a rumor. The court case alone ended up screwing over my chances of getting into the military.

2. Later on that year, there was a kid that wanted to get into a fight with me for some reason I can't remember. He found me after school, threw a punch, but not much happened because I twisted his arm behind his back. He tried telling the VP that I called him a n*gger, but as a result of 1, he knew that was complete BS.

When I was in Pre-School I was put on time out for not falling asleep immediately at nap time. The teacher put me in a separate room where there were no windows or lights, where I had to stare at a wall for an hour.

I was 5 fucking years old, and horribly afraid of the dark. The next day I refused to go to school, and when my mother made me go, she told the teacher that I was afraid of the dark and that she didn't want me in the same place again. When my mother drove off, the teacher called me a little jackass, and put me in the same room for two hours, but this time with a flashlight.

SHE HAD NO SOUL, NO SOUL I SAY!

I had long hair in college and i would never tie it up because I was sick of the sexism.

"I have to tie it up because of school rules?"
*Girl walks past with untied hair teacher doesn't even blink.

She eventually got sick of me coming to class with untied hair and before I had sat down one morning, just sent me to the Deans.
He was pretty cool about it and just said he didn't want to send me home about such a stupid thing, so i agreed and tied it up (because he asked nicely).
Went back to class and the teacher started interrogating me about why I didn't tie it up each day. Apparently she didn't like my attitude and sent me back to the Dean, who then told me I had to write an apology.
Needless to say it was heartless.

Bull-fucking-shit.

I got sent to the principal last week actually complete crock of shit though if you ask me.

Second period had just finished so everyone was going to home group and I walked past this group of kids in a small circle and there was some guy that had jumped on to the back of another guy and had him around the neck. Now normallly I wouldn't care it's just people screwing about except the kid he was on the back of has autism and was freaking out bad, so I grabbed the guy by the arm and the hair pulled him off of the kid with autism and through him into a wall and he dropped like a sack of shit two teachers came along straight after this to take the guy with autism to the office and calm him down as I was telling the other guy that I would kick the fuck through him if he ever did something like that again one of the actually nodded to me and the other told me later on they wouldn't of mided if I did it then and there. Two hours later I get called in to the principals office and this kid is in there with his parents and I get torn a new one for "attempting to provoke violence and bodily harm to an unprovoking innocent". That is what I got detentions for three days for what i should of got it for was when I flipped my shit after she said this and told her she was "a complete fucking mungaloid" for thinking it's acceptable for him to pick on someone with autism, turns out the kids parents hadn't been told this part and they looked at her and their son and gave them both a serve and told me they were glad I acted in the way I did.

I'm bisexual and one of my friends said that I were fully gay, or went into a relationship with another guy, it'd be pointless for me to be alive and the same went for all gay people. So I told him to piss off as a teacher walked past. Understandable that I was swearing but they asked why I'd used the language, and during explanation she said "Stop making up excuses" >_> Bitchy teachers.

Definitely when i was in primary school.

Basically it was arts and crafts time and i was 7 years old at the time so how was i supposed to know :D

I cut another boys hair from his left ear all the way to the top of his head. Parents were called in, i was told off and i was banned from everything (Including my bed) for three weeks.

Still worth it considering the kid was lop sided for 2 months afterwards until he got his hair evened out.

I was in Fourth Grade. This kid was going on and on about the remote control car he wanted (it was a hobbyist grade, badass version) and he had said "I wish my family wasn't so poor", which I took offense to, my family being considerably poorer than his - his father was an architect and his mother a VP at Williams Energy Company (they were loaded, he was just dumb), and I replied:

"Yeah, you are poor."

The teacher overheard and assumed I was making fun of him for being poor. This caused her to cry and leave the room. She came back, talked to all of us about how horrible it is to be mean to other people because of how much money they have.

I was sent to the principal's office and I had to have my parents called and they were like "-_-".

Back in my first year of high school I was working quite slowly on a writing piece in RE one day, My teacher thought that if I wasn't willing to work in class she should report me to learning support and give me about 5 sheets of extra homework.

Learning support suggested that I may be a little dyslexic, which in turn might cause me to work a little slow on writing exercises.

Never even got an apology.

Reading this in 5th grade:

Kept me after school locked in this thing my ridiculously terrible grade school had called "The Booth" which is usually used for kids who start throwing chairs (I was at a behaviour school because of a lot of bullshit reasons.) but they freaked when they saw what I was reading. I guess I can't entirely blame them, but my parents already told them when I started bringing "Stephen King" books that as long as it isn't illegal, like a porn magazine, I can read whatever book I want. Then they let me out once my parents came and re-iterated that.

Awright, so I went into my Algebra class (High School) after lunch and sat down. I took my headphones out of my cd-player and let them rest around my neck, wrapping the cord around and basically being chill. Unfortunately, my HS is in an insanely ghetto area with a lot of kids who don't give two craps about rules, and who listen to music in their headphones, loud enough to be heard, a lot.

So the teacher demands I shove them in my pack, but I argue because, dammit, I'm not going to risk breaking them when I'm not even listening to music. So we go back and forth, and then finally she just writes me my first detention ever.

As a bonus: While in detention, during a lunch, quietly reading my book, one of the other kids asks me why I'm in there, and says "You don't look like the kind of kid who gets detention." No sir, I do not, because I was not.

Brought a Nerf blaster to school. Teacher confiscated it and ALL Nerf playing activites were banned from school.

Bummer.

And that time where I nearly blew up the chemistry lab.

(Heh.)

When I was 10 I farted in library class and the librarian made me write an apology letter. It was the funniest letter ever. the teacher made me use the word 'fluff' instead of fart
