Super powers, again, but with strange side effects!

I got this idea from watching Zero Punctuation.
If you could have one super power at the cost of having to do something strange, what would the power be and the cost?

ill give you an example: In Zero Punctuation: Assassins Creed 2, Jahtzee mentions Altair's ability to turn invisible by sitting on benches, looking serious. And in another he mentions something about turning invisible, but only when you play a trumpet.

That's kind of broken, since you could just do it twice to achieve whatever variation you desire. I like it.

Invisibility, but only if you stick your fingers in your ears and clench your ass-cheeks together.

Invisibility, but you have to be screaming.

Telekinesis but you have to be disoriented (really dizzy or unfocused).

Teleportation, but you have to be in a box in an uncomfortable position before you can do it, and the box comes with you.

The ability to walk through things, but whenever you do it you come out on the other side ... wait for it .... wait for it .... wait some more ............................ upside-down in an item of clothing you hate and a pair of underwear that is 3 sizes too small ... also, you sneeze obscenely loudly so that everyone gives you weird looks.
