Sensors detect rise in nuclear particles on Baltic Sea, global body says
Radiation sensors in Stockholm have detected higher-than-usual but still harmless levels of isotopes produced by nuclear fission, probably from somewhere on or near the Baltic Sea, a body running a worldwide network of the sensors said on Friday.

And no, this isn't dated 1986, despite opening the exact same way. Sweden has once again detected particles from a fissioning nuclear reactor in the air and have narrowed it down to somewhere around the Baltic sea. So far nothing truly is known and could be a number of things.
