Daleks vs Vashta Nerada: "EXTERMIN-- that is a LARGE number of INFERIOR ORGANISMS. EMERGENCY! They are invading my shell! Emergency! They are consuming my flesh!"
Cybermen vs Vashta Nerada: See above, but replace 'extermin--' with 'dele--.' And make all the letters caps. And replace flesh with brain.
I haven't seen any sontaarans yet, but... haha... no contest.
The Master: "Nnngh, so HUNGRY..." "... We are hungrier."
So yeah, basically, the Vashta Nerada are more powerful than everything. It's like a billion microscopic Yoshis.
