Tattoos, Is This Too Far?

OK, tattoos. i've not got any but you can get some very good artwork or simple tattoos that look really good. then i found out that people are getting their eyeballs tattooed. have a look here (BE WARNED, IT'S A BIT GRAPHIC):

to me, it's just disturbing. i can't even put eyed rops in my eyes, this is just somethying else and i REALLY can't see why you'd want to have this done

Yeah I heard about some people like this. My former teacher, now a good buddy of mine was telling me about some friends of friends who are just fucking nuts. Some have tattooed eyeballs. Some have glow-in-the-dark tattoos (which involves using an ink that is actually radioactive). Some people are just not that smart when it comes to dealing with their bodies. However its no worse for you than, say, drug addiction. A meth-head is going to be doing a lot worse to their body than these people.
By friends of friends I really mean I tattooed my eyeballs.
