Interestingly enough, I've seen this scenario used in therapy before, for getting reclusive, anxious people to get out the their house and socialize more, usually the suggestions are given by family and friends rather than the internet though.

As for a request, I have no idea what you're comfortable doing or not doing but I'll give it a shot anyway. Feel free to pick and choose, or do all of them if you're super serious about this.

1.Find a bar that has a karaoke night and sing at least one song.
2. Drive to a part of the city or town you live in that you've never been to before.
3. Make a video of some of this stuff and put it on youtube, or if your not comfortable with your face being on youtube then just post a video there of anything to prove you actually did it
4. Write a letter to your congressman, senator, state representative, or mayor about an issue you're passionate about, it can be anything.


Finally, at the very least, come back and post the stories about at least attempting some of the suggestions in this thread, even if it's just to come back and list the ones you actually tried.
