3 and 5 are the only ones I have though.

All the numbers are less than 26, The clue is to match the numbers to something then mix them up to fix it.

The numbers are part of a coded anagram, you have to figure out what letter each number stands for.

Finally got number 4. The hint given... sort of makes sense in retrospect, but it doesn't if you're trying to figure out the title. The same goes for the string of words you have to work with.
