Wow people taking things so serious and forget about fun. This kind of "shitty" films are funny because they don't take themselves serious. Stupid nerds can't relax for 2 hours and have some mindless laugh they always have to find the flaws.:(

so garbage. It's fine though. It's a phone-in just to get him in the next movie when they combine.(helping those grandmas mentioned earlier to get even more confused by having someone actually believe this to be the thor movie)

I hope the movie ends with Thor failing and Loki destroying the world. =) That would be a nice change... even if that is the worst trailer I have ever seen.

Asylms whole movie carrear is based off of "Mockbusters". Movies based off of Tripple A productions just so they can get their stuff in in the aftermath and hope to soak up some of the cash by unsuspecting idiots. They have at least a dozen movies that are nothing but knock offs. Here is the list I found, from Wiki of corse, where else? They have done more ripoffs, but these just happen to be the ones that were released the same year as the major productions.

Major Release:/ Asylum release.
Freddy Vs Jason:/ Vampires Vs Zombies ( concept doesn't seem similar? look at the poster)
King Kong :/ King of the Lost World
War of the Worlds :/ H.G Well's War of the Worlds
Da Vinci Code :/ The Da Vinci Treasure
Pirates of the Caribean, Dead Man's Chest:/ Pirates of Treasure Island
Snakes on a Plane/: Snakes on a Train (Holy shit the original was astupid idea, they just multiplied its stupidity by infinity then divided by 0)
Alien Vs Preditor Requiem :/ AVH Alien Vs Hunter
Transformers :/ Transmorphers (yes, they actually knocked it off in the same month)
I am Legend :/ I am Omega
Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull:/ Allan Quatermain and the Temple of Skulls ( wow, really? going as far as to come up with a new hero but keeping basically the rest the same? thats low)
High School Musical 3: Senior Year :/ Sunday School Musical
The Day the Earth Stood Still: The Day the Earth Stopped
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen :/ Transmorphers: Fall of Man
Terminator Salvation:/ The Terminators
Paranormal Activity:/ Paranormal Entity
Sherlock Holmes:/ Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes ( oh, this one might actually be different... because its has FUCKING DINOSAURS! WTF!?)
Piranha 3D:/ Mega Piranha
Battle: Los Angeles:/ Battle of Los Angeles

and up to date, this movie against the Marvel Thor. Granted they had many MANY more mockingly bad movies, but these movies just happened to be released within several months, or in some cases several DAYS after the other films release.

For whatever reason, they seem to find loopholes that allow them to continue to make these movies, and whats worse is that they always make up their budget so they never loose money, concidering they never go above a budget of 1 million.

I haven't actually seen any of these movies, but I've seen enough from some of the trailers... good lord I can't tell if they are taking these serious or just poking fun at them.

...whyyy

hahaha it's scary how there are people in this world who, with the same budget, could make amazingly good films

naturally they're small time guys who put stuff on the Internet but...still, they're out there (this is not them lol)

So, the land of the Gods is Hogwarts?

I wish these guys would stick to original productions. Like Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus.

I loved this so much.

That's the only reaction anyone would ever have.

not only are they knocking Thor they are not even gettting the mythology right, when you mock something you still have to call it by name

Titanic 2 was enjoyable. It had a (nonsensical) plot, the actors actually tried, the extras/homeless people tripping while walking up the obviously shopping mall steps while the camera shook was hilarious.

But if you REALLY want to see Asylum magic check out:

[image src="http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/4/4a/Mega_Piranha.jpg"]

And get ready to laugh your ass off. Being in an altered state doesn't hurt but it works fine sober.

When reading about movies like this, I always wonder how the people working on this...thing think about it. Are some of them convinced they're doing a good job? Are they just in it for the lulz? Should we feel sorry for them if they're serious about this?

I'm sort of disappointed that the summary decided to use the word 'armageddon' instead of Ragnarok...

And I, uh... what is this?
I thought it was just a sketch or a mock trailer, but apparently it isn't?
and hell instead of Niflheim

I sort of tolerated Hell, because it didn't sound too far from Hel, which after all is supposed to be located in Niflheim.
