Some rules,
1st The song must be weird/creep, whether it's intentional or not
2nd It must be listenable, anyone can talk about dead babies, but to count it has to be a good song--I realize this is in part up to your opinion, so I leave it to your discretion.
3rd Nothing is off limits.

My entry, Something Beautiful by Ords.

(I underlined the best parts)

I turned that mans first born to sand
In fact, that's how you have that castle
That you dreamed of, that you wanted
I am here to fix everything.

I took your toothy grin, and left a patch of skin.
I took her batting lashes, changed them from blonde to ashes.
I took the boy with the giant head, and I made his body smaller and his neck too thin.
I took that tongue of that annoying neighbor child, yes, I split it down the middle, let it bleed there for a while.

You are so small, she said...
You are so small.

Hey, while you were out there serving wine
I was up here in the balcony, turning faces white, I said
Hey, while you were out there kissing babies
I was luring kids with lollypops, and now they're pushing daisies.

You are so small.

You will not be heard from for a long time
You will not be found with your rightful hands or eyes
When your mother finds you, you won't believe her cries
Wish the child gone missing had been the child who died.

Hey, you, I can be a miracle man too
Hey, you, I can change everything.
Hey, you, I can be a miracle man too
Hey, you, I can fix everyone.

I turned that mans trophy wife to brass
He'd barely notice a difference.
I taught him she served us no fucking purpose.
I am here to fix everyone.

"Goddamn," you might say.
"Quite the talent," I'd say.

Temper, temper.
Patience, patience.

Don't change me into...

You will not be heard from for a long time
I will be around because, fear will never die
And if they should find you, it'd be a sight to see.
A mass of flesh and muscle, a pile of pulp and teeth.

I am finally a king, Dad.
Make use of all the skills that you once told me I had
Took a town of some brains, but mostly fat, and turned them to something beautiful.

Anything by Nick Cave, especially anything off the descriptively titled album Murder Ballads. An example:

The only song I can think of is this little tune:

You may think this is an upbeat song, but it's about being gang raped and other horrible things.

Great song though.

Probs a common one but:

Creepiest song I know, and that's what it aims for, it's about a Nuclear bombing for God's sake.

Well, there is this one song I know. It's creepy as, because the music's very up-beat but the lyrics are literally about a mass-murderer. Lemme see if I can find it:

Hehehe.

On top of that, I discovered this wonderful old ditty a while back. Why, a jaunty, jazzy rag-time number, what it could possibly-

...I didn't even know those words existed back then...

Lotion by Greenskeeper

Great choice - I often sing Lotion to myself at work, cos it's just so damn catchy.

Mine would be John Wayne Gacy Jr by Sufjan Stevens. The sweet melancholy of the song belies its content, but that juxtaposition is what makes it so creepy for me.

It's probably a rather obvious choice but I've always been fond of I can't Decide by the Scissor Sisters. Let's see if I can do the right posting command for youtube.

I just find it kind of disturbing how the singer is able to so cheerfully talk about killing someone. Someone they care about even. And say it's all okay because you'll POSSIBLY go to heaven.

I discovered this song yesterday, while looking for Slowcore.

One of the most creepiest songs I have ever listened too. Sober lyrics played over a real 911 call of a woman being attacked in her own home.

To be honest, I find it quite hard to stomach.

Its not so much the song but the lyrics for "End the Earth" By Ophidian. You might be aware of them but not know them as they appeared in a PA strip awhile ago ("I will open one of my six mouths and i shall sing the song that ends the earth") The lyrics just make you raise an eyebrow and stare for a moment.

While hardly the creepiest, i think i never really understood a line from "My Sharona" by The Knack, which scared me.

Never gonna stop, give it up.
Such a dirty mind. Always get it up for the touch
of the younger kind.
...That...sounds VERY illegal
