Easy enough, make up your own drinking (doesn't have to be alcohol, could be with anything) and post it.

I'll start us with the Porno Drinking Game: take a drink everytime the porn star(s) says "yes" or "yeah". Its not about getting drunk, or even keeping up, its about surviving. Who every is still alive by the end wins.

I came up with this for another thread, but I really like it: watch Goodfellas and take a drink everytime someone says the word "fuck." I believe it's used over 200 times, so like the OP's suggestion, it's more about surviving than getting drunk.

We watched it in my film class, and it came out to like one fuck every minute or so

Mario Kart -actually I guess it would work for plenty of games..
Take a number of shots equal to the place you scored. Its good for parties cause even the people that are rubbish can have fun.

Play Metal Gear Solid 4 and take a sip manly drink every time there is a cutscene.

Play GTA IV and take a shot every time Roman calls you and says "BEEG AMERIKAN TEE-TEES".
Or take a shot every time someone stabs someone else in the back.

Play Red Dead Redemption and take a shot every time you get killed by a wild animal.

Watch any 4kids dub and take a shot every time they have a VA for a character that does not fit the character.

Get on 4chan and take a shot every time someone says "sauce".

Watch Fist of the North Star and take a shot every time Kenshiro becomes Jesus.

Watch Sailor Moon and take a shot every time you look at their skirts more than the... anything for that matter.

Watch Kick-Ass and take a shot every time Hit-Girl does something awesome.

Play Solar Jetman and take a shot every time awesome music plays.

Play any Metal Gear Solid game and take a shot every time there is gay tension between any two characters.

Play any God of War and take a shot every time Kratos acts like a large ham.
