Who in THE HELL will spend MP on clothing for your estranged avatar? A price that caught my eye was like 320 points. That's ridiculous. Although, I like the award system; that's cool. But u know all those cute little fanboys will put on spartan armor. Then, again if there's an N7 shirt, yeah, that's mine.

I am all for unlocking the clothing for the avatars. However I really hope you can get the clothing you already should have unlocked if you have the achievements needed before they put the clothing in. It would really suck if it doesn't read the achievements you've already gotten that are connected to the clothing that comes with it then

dont know what that update's going to do about my "account member since..." thing.
i know that every time my gold subscription is about to run out, i just buy another 1 year card, but that seems to sorta reset my join date as the date i used the code on the card. wonder if it'll be smart enough to just track it by gamertag and not the last time i renewed gold

yeah 320 MS points for a toy warthog, i mean the gamerpictures cost only 80 points and by the looks of it all you do with the toy is watch your avatar play with it.

Stuff ranges in price from 80 points up to the 320 you saw for the Warthog. (Well, the stuff that's in there now, anyway.) Whether or not it's worth the price is, obviously, very much in the eye of the beholder. I'd happily pay a buck for a piece of clothing I really liked, but that's me.

Also, I believe this is US only.

Hopefully Canada too. I want this stuff.

And maybe make a Warthog racing game to go with the toy?

It had better be for Canada too. I bought 'splosion Man and I want my avatar unlockable that it promised me in the preview. There was no hey you'll have to wait for it in said preview.

I got Splosion Man, and it comes with Avatar items which I am quite excited for! Hopefully I can make my very own Splosion man!

I obviously wont be paying money for avatar items, and us Canadians are good enough for Netflix, this update means nothing to me. That is if it is even in Canada, is that so difficult to bring stuff up here? We are nice people.

Is that when it's happening? if so YES!!! I wanted clothes that don't look gay on my avatar! and I want to see how many points I have out of how many I could have, they should add a feature to delete delete a games achievements.

Niceness. I might buy a little something for my avatar just because I can. Sure, it's a bit of a rip off but paying for something takes setting yourself a part just a bit further and I'm all for that.

EDIT: With the achievements update and if avatar stuff is unlocked by achievements, then gamerscore just started meaning a whole lot more.

Since Canada has no Netflix we likely won't be getting this content, nor will we be able to access the view with a friend option. The avatar additions are likely there for everyone since clothing and such do not require localization.

So essentially everyone outside the US is getting avatar items for this update.

the 360 avatars are crappy gimmics for Microsoft to milk more money from you. i havent touched the one for my gamertag because i saw no point in making such a cartoony asshole when i already have The Sims 2

and yes, every kid who thinks that Halo is anything better then the $10 bin garbage will be wearing the spartan armor
