It's just a personal opinion, but I really don't agree with giving awards out to unreleased games like this. It doesn't say much other than how much money and thought the developer/publisher put into the trailers, demos and the marketing department. Remember Colonial Marines guys? Even demos by reputable studios can be used to lie nowadays, and worse still, some stores(for example steam), actually allow developers to list awards like this on the game's store page, its getting quite ridiculous.
