I'd totally be a Grey Warden (even though it means a death sentence) or a Spectre. I'd also throw my lot in with the King's Blades (Morrowind). Outside of games, I'd join Nightwatch (from the books by Sergei Lukyanenko, not Terry Pratchett) or serve in the Kingsguard of Westeros (though being female, I don't think they'd let me).
